The Proper Way To Build Your Customer List

<< Online Business: 3 Great Ways To Generate Traffic To Your Website And Build A List  List Building: The Money Is In The List >>

Well the answer to that question above should be obvious to you. But is that list you have performing to the optimum level?

That’s really the question. Many Internet marketers have big lists but how many of them have truly responsive lists? The key to monetizing your list is to have a list that is responsive to what you have to say. The way to build that type of list is to build relationships with your readers.

A good portion of Internet Marketers compile their list by making offer after offer to their subscribers. This method can be effective to amass the subscribers on their list but it won’t build loyalty with their subscribers, and most definitely will not build meaningful relationships.

When using this method you are not building what I like to call responsive list. A list that is not responsive to you is really almost worthless to you as a marketer. You want to build a list that is almost waiting for you next email because they love to here your opinion on what ever the email is about.

Now you are probably asking yourself, OK great but how do I do this? You know there are many ways, but I’m going to give you a little analogy. Remember when you were a little kid in the school yard? How did you make friends and I bet way back then is when you had the closest friends. And the reason for this is because you were totally honest when you spoke to the other little kids in the school yard.

You would build relationships with anyone, there was nothing phony about you at this age. Each kid would help each other, they would offer information to each other with no strings attached. Think about it, pure honesty nothing phony about it, no one had a hidden agenda.

Think about this, the reason for this was because as a little kid you were totally honest when you spoke to the other kids on the Playground or in the school yard. There was total honesty when you spoke to them you were just looking to have fun together and make friends. Everybody had an opinion about something and everyone spoke with pure honesty with nothing phony about them and no strings attached.

When you build relationships through out your list not only will your list become very responsive to what you have to offer. In addition to this your list will grow in ways you can’t imagine.

When you find yourself just pushing product, Remember The School Yard Analogy. and

your Internet Marketing business will flourish and List Building will become easy.
